When two or more people are registered with the same form, they are assigned together on field trips and lodging. Field trips are Friday and Saturday, one field trip each day, to a different destination each day. Your personal itinerary is provided at event check-in.

Deposit & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 15% of your total is required to hold your reservations. Other payments may be made at any time, by April 1. Other payments (minus PayPal fees) are refundable until April 1. Deposit and payment links and instructions are provided on the event page, and again after this registration is successfully submitted.
