Weeklong packages are booked into deluxe tourist cabins until all cabins have booked (beginning with Opossum Creek Retreat then Country Roads), while Half-week packages are booked at the Oak Hill Holiday Lodge.
Opossum Creek Retreat
Opossum Creek Retreat offers 9 unique rental cabins in a beautiful wooded setting. These cabins are the first to book out for the festival and are often a place to gather with other birding enthusiasts from the festival. Cabins include all the amenities of home and all have private hot tubs. There is even a nice nature trail on the property for additional birding after hours. Country Road Cabins
Country Road Cabins are located in Hico, just a few miles north of Burnwood on Route 19. They offer spacious, clean and comfortable cabins in a private, wooded setting. Oak Hill Holiday Lodge
The Holiday Lodge is located in Oak Hill, just a few miles south of Burnwood and the New River Gorge Bridge on Route 19. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
